PHCC License Bond Program
The PHCC License Bond Program is underwritten by Federated Insurance with the guidance and support of PHCC. Members are able to purchase plumbing, HVAC, sewer and water bonds at a discounted cost for all municipalities in which they work. All PHCC members who qualify may participate even if they do not carry Federated Insurance.
