An annual license bond program through Federated Insurance Co. enables member contractors to purchase license bonds, both master and individual community bonds, at considerably reduced rates.

Through PHCC associations, both state and national, business and health insurance providers have been sought and endorsed specifically for their knowledge of our industry.

Forms: NEBS offers 10% off on all purchases of business forms which can be ordered with the PHCC logo at no additional cost.
Bank card Network: Special reduced handling rate for PHCC members allowing your customers to "charge" their invoices.
Wearguard/Aramark: Special prices for uniforms through either purchase or lease.
Equipment warranties: Now available through SecureOne at special pricing, crafted especially for PHCC members.
Liaison with Regulatory Agencies
Ohio PHCC maintains an active presence with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Industrial Compliance, 0CC/NIBS, Board of Building Standards, ABPA, ASSE.
Accounts Receivable/Collections
IC System is endorsed for assistance in handling accounts receivable/collections in a professional and businesslike manner.
Workers Comp Group Rating Program
State legislation created group rating programs for members in established organizations. Participants receive refunds on their manual premiums when accepted into the program.
Applications are processed beginning July 1 for the following WC year. PHCC of Ohio's shared savings program is administered by the Frank Gates Service Co.

Member services, information and assistance are available from the Association offices. Members may call 1-800-686-PHCC to reach the Ohio offices, and 1-800-533-7694 to reach the national PHCC offices.
Enhanced Service Groups (ESG)
An extension of the services available through PHCC membership are specialized and unique "subsets" of PHCC which address more narrowly defined interests of PHCC members who choose to join. These groups give members a national and therefore much wider scope from which to share and gain knowledge. Currently active groups are QSC ((Quality Service Contractors) for those in service and repair UAC (Union Affiliated Contractors) for those signatory to union agreements; and CCA (Construction Contractors' Alliance) for those whose businesses are primarily new construction. Additional ESC's will be formed as the need and interest are demonstrated.
LegaI Assistance
Ohio's PHCC members can place one call per month to the firm of Dunlevey, Mahan & Furry with legal questions. Answers that require additional research are the only cost to you as a member. Articles on current legal issues are provided in the Ohio PHC Contractor.
