Advocacy & Issues

One Voice. One Industry.

PHCC is constantly reviewing, attending and submitting requests, recommendations and legal opinions to ensure the most advantageous climate and policies for our members. We truly are working for you by interacting with state elected officials and government agencies almost daily as well as keeping ahead of issues that will affect.

Government Is Impacting Your Business.
We Are Here to Help.

For more than 125 years, members of PHCC Ohio have worked to protect, preserve, and promote the expansive PHC industry. Through our relationships with elected and appointed leaders, regulators, policy influencers, and along with our Political Action Committee (PAC), we have advanced the quality of our businesses and services. Decisions are being made every day that affect the way we do business. Our mission is to ensure decision makers hear and understand our needs and concerns on matters of public policy.

Be Heard.
Speak Up. Speak Out.

PHCC Ohio actively represents the interests of PHC contractors in legislative and regulatory affairs. We want everyone in the industry to have a strong voice at the state capital, so we lobby relentlessly for small businesses and closely monitor key state regulatory agencies. As a PHCC Ohio member, you are represented by experienced lobbyists and a professional staff, and have access to industry experts when you need them most.

But we can’t do it alone. We need you to be involved because elected leaders listen to their constituents. From time to time you will be encouraged to send an email message, a letter or call your elected officials to ask them to support your industry and business.
